How To Turn Product Users To Business Builders

How would it feel to have more people in your business actively looking to build a business? Would that change things for you? We got one question this week that seem to stand out above the rest. “How do I turn a customer into a business builder”. This seems to be a pretty hot topic among network marketers and I also feel is one that people tend to hurt themselves more than help. So in todays blog post I will show you some safe and creative ways to help develop solid business builders from a happy customer base.

5 Ways To Create More Business Builders

1. Mindset – Do not do both right off the bat. Don't present the product and biz at the same time. Understand your customers are important. Most companies are 1:1 ratio. We chose a company with 20:1 ratio. Do not bring up weight loss and tell them they can get paid too. There has been NO benefit yet. Do not rush the process. Just get them on the product. Be happy they are using the product.
2. Connect – Build relationships with the people that are coming in. About 2-4 weeks in. Ask how they feel. Maybe they have a good result. Get a good example of how they feel. Ask? What they love most about the product? My confidence has gone up? Energy improved? Can they fit in their Skinny jeans again? Get this from them!! Are they Sleeping better? Testimonials are great, I always suggest working for testimonials . It's important to Lead with EMOTION with product users. Not sharing or money yet.
3. Emotions – After you collect all the benefits. Ask this very important question, “Do you think there are more ppl out there that are struggling like you did? Wait for their response…then ask “How would it make you feel if you were never introduced to these products?”…let them answer…”So why is only good for you?” We never push the opportunity on people, it's about changing lives, but people that truly care about others can't help but share this with others.

4.Create A Vision – Associate not sharing the products with being selfish. Hit the emotional side of someone's brain and flip the switch of logic to emotion. You can also ask them how they want to be compensated. For example, ask them if they would be open to taking a look at the comp plan, referral gift cards, dinners, or if it's important at all.
5. Flip The Script – Look to create product users out of people that have already said “yes” to building business. Typically, we speak with people that have done some particular things already. They have shown that they buy already, they already want to make money from home, and chances are they believe in network marketing already so resistance to the industry is small. 9 Reasons Prospects Say Yes

You market your business everyday on social media and tell people how awesome your products are and they still don't buy. What gives right? I mean, You bought the stuff, it should be a no brainer for them to want to buy your stuff as well! Typically there are four main reasons why people do NOT buy from you or join your team. First, they may not want your products/services at all. Second, they might not believe in the industry of internet/network marketing. Helping someone build their belief in the industry is important. Third, they may not believe in themselves. And lastly they may not believe in YOU. Whatever the reason is you need to find out fast and you need to change it in order to make a sale or acquire a new team member! Now that you know the reason people are not buying this video will discuss how to actually get people to buy from you!

9 Reasons People Say YES! FAST!

  1. Authority – People follow those in authority positions, this is a fact in ANY niche! Authority is the shortcut to decision making for people whether they know it or not!
  2. Reciprocity– Have you ever heard the saying Give and you shall receive. The art of reciprocity is one of my favorites. When you give so much in value to your audience they feel as if they must give back. It creates this feeling so strong that if they don't give back they feel bad, and no one wants to look bad! So GIVE GIVE GIVE! And watch your audience wash you with shares, comments, compliments, gifts, testimonials, and even MONEY!
  3. Trust – People buy from those they know, like, and TRUST. When was the last time you actually bought something from someone that you didn't actually TRUST. A safe bet would be say “never”. So how can you make sure your prospects trust you! First be a person of your word. Hold your word to the highest form of integrity. Second share valuable information that is helpful to your audience that they did not know. People love to learn new things. Third  Make people feel good! Leave them better than how you left them! Be the person that breaths life into others.
  4. Anticipation –  Just like kids, adults buy from the anticipation of a release! Don't believe me? Just wait until the new smart phone is announced. There are things you can do to create anticipation! Often when new products or services are announced you can build up anticipation with give aways, parties, bonuses, and prizes!
  5. Likability –
  6. Events – People absolutely love a great sporting event! When you can create excitement around your brand and movement this is a great part of why people buy! Create a movement that has a vision so big people have to get behind it. Then once you create a vision that is large make sure that the vision is all about others. Once you decide on the goal and the movement take the focus off of yourself and put it on other people hit their goals 
  7. Community – Your prospects are yearning to be apart of a great community! This is a HUGE buying factor for network marketing. You want to create an environment that people would do anything to be a part of and never want to leave! One way to do that is to create your own rewards system that celebrates even the smallest of wins!
  8. Scarcity – People buy things that they think will only be around or stay at a particular price for a certain time. This is why you see so many big businesses use the phrase “For a limited time only”. This phrase for years has made people get off the couch and buy buy buy! The same goes for your business. You have to create some type of scarcity. Without this trigger getting your prospects to pull the trigger is like pulling teeth. In network marketing we know timing is everything right? So create bonuses and offers that you will ONLY offer for fast movers that they can NOT resist!
  9. Social Proof In Today's society more than any other social proof is a major factor in whether people will join your team or not. What is the majority doing? Today the majority is shifting towards network marketing! Using social media the RIGHT WAY is key to provide social proof. Leaving people with a sense of “I don't want to do that” is not the goal. Getting testimonials from happy customers and distributors is another great way to provide social proof!

3 Ways To Motivate Your Team

How do I motivate my team to get moving? This is one of the questions we get the most from our students and our audience. The first thing we tell them is trying to motivate people is a complete waste of time. It will begin to tire you out and you will end up being the one burnt out. Unfortunately you will end up burnt out not only in your business. But even worse you'll end up burnt out on people in general which is NOT a good thing. First tip is to choose who you want to work with you. For example one of our students sent us a screen shot of a text from someone that was not quality or qualified to work with her. She was spending too much time worried about movtivatign someone that clearly could not be motivated at the time. Clearly define the characteristics of the people you WANT on your team and work on attracting those people.

Imagine having a team of people are just as motivated and driven as you to go crush it in their business. This can be done but you have to set good expectations first! Letting your team know building a large mlm business is not easy. Its very simple, but not easy. Also, let them know your job is to help them, not build the biz for them. So setting good expectations of them becoming independent of you is key. In todays video I will share with you a training we did with some leaders from our mlm team on how to motivate their groups!

Inspire Your Team To Greatness

  1. Lead from the front – Many times once we build a team, of any size we can easily get caught in “manager mode” which is NOT a good place to be. Its not good for us as leaders and its not good for our team. The last thing you want is to be someone else's boss, and thats the last thing your team wants to feel either. One of the best ways to inspire your team to move is to do everything you want them to do 5-10x. If you want them to recruit more, you must then go out and recruit yourself, prove to them it can be done using the same system, products, logo, company, etc. Leave no excuse.  Just prove it can be done and show them the way.
  2. No one Person Will Make Or Break You. This is important to understand. As your building a team being addicted to the outcome is a common mistake I see networkers make over and over. Its pretty obvious because I made this mistake for years. It can be very disabling for you in your career. This skill is one to keep close when prospecting. Whether someone joins, or declines, you must remain on an even emotional plain. The same goes for you as people grow inside your organization, some will stay in the same place, others (even leaders) will leave your group for “greener” pastures. Understand people will come and go, its part of business. You just be the best leader you can and don't let that emotion show either way. No ONE person will make or break your career. Accept YOU.
  3. Last and finally! You must develop the skill set of becoming a masterful vision creating. You must become skillful at being able to take someone that is seemingly blind to POSSIBILITY and open their eyes. Paint their vision for them. In order for you to pain this vision, THEY must provide you with the colors, and where to put the paint brush. Its your job to pull that vision out of them! Sometimes its hidden deep inside and they had no idea it was there. Once you have that vision out, keep it in front of them daily, weekly, monthly. Watch as this person will start to chase that vision. Chase that new dream. You'll notice you don't have to motivate them to do ANYTHING anymore!

7 Shortcuts To Improve Your Business

Most people that make the decision to take their business seriously get to a place where they would rather have the results sooner than later. I was definitely one of those people. There was a moment in my business when I realized “There has to be a better way to do this.” When that happens most of us are faced with two choices to make. Either find someone that has done what we are looking to do, and have them show us what to do. But who wants to hire a coach right? “My sponsor can help”….Lets face it, if your sponsor hasn't helped you at this point you may need to go another direction. The other option is the “Do it yourself” option! This the option I chose first! WRONG!! I quickly realized if I could do it myself I would've done it already! I love the analogy of cutting your grass! You can cut your grass with a pair of scissors (Do it yourself), or even better, why not hire someone that is an absolute professional at cutting grass! (Get a coach in your network marketing business) Now you may be saying something like, “I don't have the money to hire someone to cut my grass” Thats ok! Get a lawn mower! The point my friend is that either way you choose to cut your grass, you'll get it cut. Some ways are just better than others right? Today I will show 7 reasons you need a coach for your networking business. Also so great suggestions for helping you choose the RIGHT coach for you and your goals.

Talk To People Ready To Say Yes!

Wouldn't it be great to find the people that are ready to tell you “YES!” and either join your company or buy your product(s) from you! Thats a perfect world right? Now that may not be possible to get that to 100% but there are ways to increase that number! My suggestion talk to more people that are already in network marketing! Now you may be asking yourself a few things. First why would I want to talk to people already in a network marketing business? Aren't they already in a business? 97% of network marketers are struggling in their business (From a total of 10k different companies) and have realized leadership, community, training, are vital for success. they are more than likely are not getting those currently! You can be the one to help them get what they need. Second how can I get in front of more people in mlm companies? Where do I find them? 7 Reasons To Have A Coach

  1. Accountability – Sometimes its hard to realize how important accountability is until we look around at all the inconsistent marketers in the industry. Thats one reason I created a consistency guide. To help our own team with their consistency. Its hard for someone that works a job 12 hours per day, having someone like their boss hold them accountable for EVERYTHING, and expect them to be consistent in a business. The two just don't add up. Now I am not suggesting you hire a coach to take the place of a boss. This coach in your network marketing business should hold you accountable in the creation of NEW HABITS. Chances are you will not be able to hold yourself accountable for things that will take you
  2. Saves Time/ Faster Results – We live in a microwave society now. People are looking for faster, better, smarter. If you are looking for directions to a specific location you ask a person that is from the area and has “been there” before. You don't waste time asking the person that doesn't know the area extremely well. This will save you time and get you to your location faster! I can say from experience, at the time of this post only spent a few years in the industry and having this amount of success. Having a coach in your network marketing business will save you time guaranteed.
  3. Saves Money – The only thing worse than wasting money is wasting money and not knowing you're wasting it! Unfortunately thats the case for most network marketers! Wasting money on outdated products, tools, courses, etc. Don't get me wrong those things a necessary. However, when you have a coach in your network marketing business that knows you and your business well, he/she can recommend the RIGHT products, courses, and tools to help you. This way you're not wasting your money on the wrong ones.
  4. Less Stress, Pain, & Frustration – Imagine climbing a huge mountain all alone with no guide. I would be pretty stressed out. Can you imagine the pain that would cause. Having a coach in your network marketing business will allow you to alleviate the stress of building your business feeling confused about your next step up the mountain side.
  5. New Ideas You Wouldn't Think of – Your brain is full of stuff already! The kids, your spouse, this business you are barely getting the hang of, and now you need new ideas to make sure you stand out in the crowd of millions of other marketers online. Some of my best ideas where not MY ideas. They came from the sharp minds of my mentors and coaches. I often say Michael Jordan was great, but he still needed phil jackson to call the game winning play at the end of the game!
  6. New Insights On Yourself – Its hard to call yourself out on your flaws and excuses. When is the last time you caught yourself making and excuse and actually corrected it. Having a coach will give you an honest look at you and where you need to be in order to become the person that runs the type of business you want.
  7. Stronger Belief & Self Confidence – Imagine just for a moment you believed you could hit every goal you ever set. Chances are you really don't think you can do it. You want to think you can but at the core the belief isn't there. Now take the person that knows she's going to hit the top ranks her company with out a doubt. That person is on the way to greatness! Having a personal coach to help you get to a place where belief is out of the roof will change your business forever

3 Tips To Guarantee Success

In this post I will share 3 key factors that Guarantee Success. And I will share EXACTLY what Prevents Success as well.

How to Guarantee Success And Breakthrough

Step 1, Consistent action. Decided the actions you will take that will yield you with your desired outcome. So for instance instead of making all my goals about the outcome (how much money you want to make, cars, houses, etc.) Think about the actions it will take to get there. Calls, Webinars, Meetings, Events, etc. Once I commit to doing those actions consistently, thats when results will come easily and effortlessly.

Step 2, Being coachable. If you were to build a house the obvious steps would be to follow the blueprints to make sure the house is built correctly. As an entrepreneur and having training thousands I find that when I give someone specific instructions they sometimes tend to pick out the things they are comfortable with in those instructions and ignore the other steps. You must be 100% coachable

Step 3, Modeling those who have succeeded. Success is a word that is very broad. Success to me may be considered a failure to some. To guarantee your success model people who have gone where you want to go. Then continue to model those people or find new people to model once you've achieved that particular goal.

If you do these things, it guarantees success. But there are things that PREVENT Success that I want to talk about.

Adapt To New Innovations Faster

Who adopts innovations? The individuals that most need tech innovations are generally the last to adopt them. The theory is that only the wealthy can take the risk to adopt innovations. In periods of rapid technological innovations the gap from the rich and poor widens. How quickly do you adopt new ways of thinking and new innovations?

Double Down and Go 10x 

As I train entrepreneurs all over the world I find that many will get a tiny result in their business and get frustrated that they are NOT where they want to be. Part of growth as an entrepreneur is taking the time to look at and track what actually works inside of your model. Once you have enough data to conclude if something is working, DOUBLE DOWN or 10x what works. Take what is working for you and make that 90% of your action. Be obsessed with what works and get into action.

Crush Everything That Does Not Work 

Most people are not in enough action to determine if a particular action does not work. Many entrepreneurs will assume that something doesn't work with out taking the proper steps. Gather your data, take action, and determine if something does NOT work. Once you have come to that conclusion. CRUSH WHAT DOES NOT WORK. Never do that action again. Run as far away from it as possible!
